Spot the ball is a fun and easy game to play where you are served a basketball picture without a ball in it, and you must use your skills and judgement to pick the location where you think the center of the ball should be.

The basis of the game is the skill of an entrant versus the skill of professional judges - not versus the chance that the original spot on the basketball picture is picked.

We only use basketball pictures that don't have a ball in them at all. So, participants and judges have to guess where the center of the ball should be. But as our panel of judges consists of experienced professionals such as referees, coaches, and players, participants have to match their level of skills to judge the position of the ball like them.

Using a panel of judges ensures that nobody can ever know the original position of the ball - resulting in a process that is fair, transparent, and honest.

Prizes are not won with luck, but with skills, using the famous and interactive game Spot the Ball, where users will compete versus other players and a panel of professional judges. There is always a guaranteed winner, the person who is closest (or equal) to the judges’ position.

Users can buy a maximum of 99 tickets per competition.

The competition finishes once all the tickets have been sold. The total amount of tickets left on each competition is always shown in the Dream Competitions page. Once finished, the judging process will be held in the next 72 hours and the winner will be informed straight away after the judging panel. The name of this person will always be public (on the website and social media channels) to guarantee the transparency of this process.

Damnkicks guarantees a return of the full amount spent by the user in case a competition hasn’t sold out all tickets in a period of 2 months.

The judges will mark where they, in their professional opinion, think the center of the ball should be. They all separately guess and choose the location of the ball on the Damnkicks secure system. The system then selects the center point of the 3 guesses and that’s the winner spot position. The winner of the competition is the closest, if not the same, to the expert’s position decision.

All judges from Damnkicks have signed a valid contract to guarantee the legality, honesty and transparency of the judging process. At the same time, neither them or a direct family member can be part of our Sneaker Competitions. None of our judges have a previous relationship, neither personal or professional between them.

There can be only one winner for each Dream Sneaker and Charity competition. But if a case occurs where more than one player is equidistant to the judge’s final position then the outright winner will be the one who's with the closest second ticket among the players in question.

Note that if one of the players in this ‘equidistant’ situation has only one ticket, all players who qualify will participate in another Spot the Ball competition online to determine the outright winner. The process will be repeated until one of players' selections is closer to the judges decision.

Our panel of judges includes professional players, referees, and coaches that do their best to determine the position of the ball in a particular basketball picture. So, if a participant denies the judgement of the experts then there is nothing to be done. All we can proclaim is that the final decision is equally fair as well as transparent for all the participants.

Drawings will be streamed live in the official social media channels from Damnkicks (Youtube and Facebook channels). The specific information about dates and timings will be informed via email to all participants.

Participants can choose from 150+ sneakers in the Dream Sneaker Competition line-up and at the end of each week, one sneaker is won. The number of sneakers we offer in the Competitions varies from week to week.

Once a competition has finished, after all tickets have been sold, the judging process will be held in the next 72 hours and the winner will be informed straight away after the judging panel. The name of this person will always be public (on the website and social media channels) to guarantee the transparency of this process.

A new competition will start before announcing the winner of the previous competition.

Only 1 person can win the sneaker prize, however the 25 positions closest to the winner will be awarded free credit. You can check out full details at the How it works section.

We will deliver your sneaker or other prize anywhere in the world, free of charge. All sneakers are delivered with UK VAT paid. There may, however, be further import/registration or luxury goods duties in certain countries which in general we do not pay for.
